I am an M. Tech (Electronics & Telecommunications), MBA (Operations & HR), and Ph. D in Industrial Engineering and Management. I am also a Certified Independent Director. I have in-depth experience of 28 years in corporate world (public, private and joint sectors) in Telecom, Energy Metering, Renewable Energy, Railway equipment manufacturing and automotive industry in all domains of R&D, Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, Projects, Vendor Development, and Maintenance etc. and worked as Technical Advisor (Autometers Alliance Ltd) and Senior Vice President – Technology (Powerwind Ltd.). I have travelled abroad extensively and worked closely with organizations like Alcatel (France), Ericsson (Sweden), SIEMENS (Belgium), Schlumberger (Singapore) DEIF (Denmark), Vestas (Denmark), SKF (Germany), Ushin (Japan), Nexgen (Korea), Ming Yang (China) etc. regarding Technology Sourcing or Technology Transfer. I have taught in academics as Associate Professor for nine years in different universities in India, acted as Head of Research and IIIE (Innovation, Incubation, IPR and Entrepreneurship) cell, Editor of University journal, core member of approval and accreditation team, Syllabus committee, and Central Resource Cell. I am invited to present research papers in conferences in Taiwan, Japan, Singapore, Thailand, UK, USA (Massachusetts University). I have published 11 research papers in journals and also Reviewer of three Scopus-indexed journals, I am also Visiting Professor of UTEL, Mexico and Visiting Research Fellow of Indian Institute of Sustainable Development. I am life fellow of Institute of Electronics and Telecommunication Engineers, India (FIETE), Institute of Engineers, India (FIE), Society for Technology Management, India, (FSTM), Solar Energy Society of India (FSESI), Indian Institute of Production Engineers, India (FIIPE) etc. and also serving as Council Member/ Advisor/ Consultant for several world- class organization.
