More than 20 years experience in Molecular biology / Biochemistry. Experience and skills include protein isolation and purification (from human, animal and plant tissues, as well as bacterial proteins) with all procedures and techniques associated (liquid chromatography, electrophoresis, enzyme kinetics etc.). Molecular cloning procedures including DNA analysis, pcr, site-directed mutagenesis, recombinant protein overexpression in bacterial cultures, IFA, ELISA etc. Special interest and skill is in the field of protein/ligand molecular docking and virtual screening to reveal natural (mostly plant) pharmaceutics to alter key enzymes activity. Protein 3D modeling and molecular graphics. I can perform detailed molecular docking studies and/or virtual screening for desired protein/ligand on demand 7 year experience as University Molecular Biology senior lecturer, Supervising of MSc and PHD students.
