I am an interdisciplinary Research Scientist and Data Analyst with a strong academic foundation in Environmental Management and Biosciences. My expertise bridges the gap between large-scale ecological systems and molecular-level biological processes, unified by a data-driven approach. My core competency lies in applying computational and geospatial techniques to solve complex problems. I have extensive hands-on experience in Environmental Data Modelling and Remote Sensing, utilizing Google Earth Engine, QGIS, and Python to analyze climate impacts, such as conducting pre- and post-wildfire impact analysis in KPK, Pakistan. Concurrently, I possess deep Bioinformatics expertise, having utilized a suite of tools (AutoDock, Vina, PyMol, RAST) for genome-based drug target identification and molecular simulations in pathogens like Streptococcus gallolyticus, resulting in peer-reviewed publications. This unique skill set is complemented by practical wet-lab experience in techniques like PCR, gel electrophoresis, and spectrophotometry, providing a holistic understanding of the research pipeline from data acquisition to analysis and interpretation.
