I am a social psychologist with extensive experience in research, data analysis, and policy evaluation. My expertise spans human development, behavioural science, digital finance, and governance. I hold a PhD in Social Psychology and have university teaching experience, alongside conducting impactful research at a national research institute. My research projects have explored diverse themes, including digital data privacy in financial services, microcredit regulation and entrepreneurship, corruption control, and mental health among vulnerable populations. I have successfully led and contributed to multidisciplinary studies, such as my work on the MacArthur-funded project on behaviour change approaches to corruption control and a BMGF/CEGA-funded study on data privacy practices in digital credit across Nigeria and India. Additionally, I have conducted rigorous impact evaluations using quantitative and mixed-method approaches, such as my ongoing randomized control trial (RCT) on social investment and women's empowerment in Nigeria. Beyond research, I have served as a lead auditor for ISO 9001 management systems, ensuring quality assurance in organizational processes. I also hold training in monitoring and evaluation (M&E) and have applied these skills in assessing development interventions. As a researcher and consultant, I am skilled in survey design, qualitative and quantitative analysis (SPSS, NVivo, Power BI), proposal writing, and policy brief development. I am passionate about leveraging evidence-based insights to inform policies and improve social outcomes. I look forward to collaborating on projects that align with my expertise in behavioural research, data-driven policy analysis, and development studies.
