I am a bioinformatician with a passion for biomedical research and statistics. I have strong analytical skills coming from my working experience in a biophysics and genomics data analysis. My main programming language is R, including R Markdown and versatile packages like ggplot2 and Shiny. I have extensive experience in data management, cleaning and analysis, and in presenting my analysis results in a clear and concise way, accompanied by well documented scripts.
