I am a social scientist with extensive experience applying mixed methods to study the human-environment nexus. This includes examining local community engagement, social inclusion and equity within environmental conservation and sustainable development. I also bring 15+ years of progressive experience promoting community engagement, social inclusion and environmental safeguarding with agencies in the UN system, civil society and government. I am particularly interested in working on projects that bridge research, policy and practice, and that advance fairer outcomes for women, youth, indigenous peoples and those communities that are most affected by exclusion and climate change.
