My passion to find solutions to complex scientific problems has led to over 15 years of research experience in various fields including structural biology, protein purification, translational oncology, preclinical drug discovery and food technology. I have always taken a multidisciplinary approach to tackle scientific problems, with a focus on disease intervention therapy. Using protein biochemistry and molecular biology tools I have contributed to drug discovery research in cancer therapy, pertaining to in vitro assay development in preclinical models. I have worked with different biological systems ranging from bacteria to mammalian cell lines, and mouse tumor models. Currently, I lead the food science research in a food technological startup geared to provide healthy food solutions to consumers in the comfort of their own kitchen. Alongside my day job I love to freelance as a Scientific Reviewer and Editor.
