I am a bioinformatician and Research Associate at the University of Cambridge, specializing in single-cell and spatial multiomics analysis. My work focuses on uncovering the molecular and cellular mechanisms of coronary atherosclerosis by integrating spatial transcriptomics, single-cell data, and clinical insights to build spatio-temporal maps of disease progression. I bring expertise in high-dimensional data analysis, systems biology, lncRNA biology, and repeat elements, developed during my Ph.D. at the Institute of Genomics and Integrative Biology (India). I have a strong track record of combining computational and experimental approaches to address complex biological questions, particularly in immune regulation and disease.
