I am a board-certified general and colorectal surgeon with a PhD in Surgery and over 10 years of clinical experience in gastrointestinal and colorectal diseases. My academic background includes advanced surgical training at Sechenov University and the Ryzhikh Institute of Coloproctology in Moscow, followed by current clinical work in Israel. In parallel with my clinical career, I have developed strong expertise in medical and scientific writing, including systematic reviews, meta-analyses, research abstracts, and clinical manuscripts for peer-reviewed journals and international conferences. I am proficient in transforming complex clinical data into clear, evidence-based, and publication-ready text. My current research focuses on the gut microbiome and postoperative complications after colorectal surgery, particularly anastomotic leak prediction and prevention. I have authored and registered a systematic review on this topic and am now coordinating a multi-center pilot study in collaboration with microbiological laboratories in Israel.
