My research interests are in machine learning applications for satellite image analysis. During my doctoral studies, I have developed a model for earthquake scenarios, to identify/classify destroyed areas from satellite images with better ease. As a Project consultant at World Resources Institute (WRI) India, I have been instrumental on setting up a pipeline framework for Forest cover mapping using open source sentinel image datasets. With diverse understanding in geo-spatial domain and specifically in relation to natural disaster scenarios such as earthquakes and floods, I would be eager to facilitate research import to bottle neck problems. I hope my expertise will be applicable to addressing issues in geo-spatial field. I am very much passionate to work in diverse fields, which addresses humanitarian issues and crises globally.
