I am a researcher who enjoys being challenged in developing new products, technologies and methods. Throughout my career I made it a point to acknowledge my research by publishing it with internationally acclaimed journals. I hold a B.Tech. in Chemical Technology (Petrochemicals) and M. Tech. as well as Ph.D. in Polymer and Surface Engineering and Technology from ICT formerly known as UDCT, Mumbai. During my Ph.D., I developed a multi-functional additive that could replace different additives required to achieve the desired functions. Moreover, I have a good insight into coating technologies as I worked on Epoxy and Polyurethane coatings. Apart from this, being a chemical technologist I have a thorough knowledge of kinetics and mathematical modeling. I performed mathematical modeling to assess diverse fields such as crystallization of polymers and biodegradation of waste. I have been actively involved in scientific and academic writing for more than a decade. While working in National Environmental Engineering Research Institute as a researcher, I wrote review and research articles, assisted in writing book on solid waste management, wrote proposals and also represented my departmental progress in front of World Health Organization delegates successfully. As a lecturer, I honed my leadership skills mentoring engineering undergraduates on various events and projects. I successfully completed my masters and doctorate projects and published my work in reputed international journals and renowned publication houses such as Wiley, Springer and Taylor and Francis. I also reviewed research articles of Wiley and Springer publication companies. While working as a Sr. Technical Consultant in Logical Process Engineering Solutions Pvt. Ltd., I wrote business proposals and patent which are approved by concerned authorities. I am also developing content for the company's website. Over the years, I have successfully assisted clients in writing review and research articles, conference papers, thesis, dissertations, books, posters and project proposals. I have also experience in writing research grants for SBIR phase I and II.
