He has prior research experience in DLR (Germany) and Custom Cells GmbH, specializing in cathode/anode coating, DCIR, impedance testing, and ageing analysis. His work combines technical depth with leadership — spanning prototype design, production, data analysis, and circular economy innovation. He is passionate about building safer, affordable, and second-life lithium-ion systems for e-mobility and stationary storage.
