I am a skilled bioinformatician with experience in several bioinformatics research pipelines. I have been working tremendously on high-throughput data analysis, microbial dysbiosis prediction, computer-aided drug discovery, vaccine designing, biomarker identification and validation, and artificial neural network construction. The main USP of the projects handled by me is that I don't restrain myself to a single pipeline but actually integrate tools and techniques from different workflows to curate a completely customised pipeline as per the requirement of the project.
