I aspire to inspire and innovate with AI! With a work experience of over 23 years that spans both Industry and Academia, I specialize in leading AI and Data Analytics based application development and integrated solution design for various inter-disciplinary domains like Industrial Automation, Healthcare, Pharma sectors. Currently, I am working as Vice President Projects - AI at Samyak Infotech Pvt Limited, a software based company that has made its mark for providing end to end Enterprise Solutions for Logistics Management Companies in US, Shipping companies in UK and several other hardware based projects like Stability Chambers and IoT based preventive maintenance systems for various Industries, Healthcare and Pharma sectors. I am also AI Advisor to Topia Technologies, a UK based company working in the domain of Computational Intelligence and molecular biology. I have active research affiliations with multiple Universities and National Level Research Organizations. I am a passionate academician and was former Full Professor in CSE Department, Nirma University, India. I am also NVIDIA DLI Ambassador since 2018. Am also a Consultant Trainer for AI, Deep Learning, Multi-core computing and Data Analytics courses with various international firms and have trained more than 3800 professionals. I was Principal Investigator/Collaborator of NVIDIA Research Center at Nirma University and several other research projects funded under Shastri Indo-Canadian Research Grants, Board of Research in Nuclear Sciences - Department of Atomic Energy, Vishveshwarya PhD Scheme, Institute for Plasma Research, GUJCOST-DST and many other MNCs. I have also worked as AI and Data Analytics Consultant with various National and International companies. I am also member of the National Level Subject Expert committee (for AI Projects) of some of the project funding scheme of DST (Government of India) and am Executive Committee Member of Computer Society of India - AC. My international exposure includes visits to San Jose, Los Angeles, San Francisco, Irvine, San Diego, Long Beach in USA, Halifax and Toronto in Canada, Dubai and Abu Dhabi for industrial collaborations and research based associations. I am currently guiding 3 PhD students under Nirma University and 3 have completed their PhD under my Supervisor. I have published more than 50 research papers in International Journal, Books and Conferences.
