プロフィール概要

I dedicate my scientific interest on the characterization of molds of genus Aspergillus and Aflatoxin determination in foodstuffs. Then I continued my research on soil pollution and vegetables contaminations by pesticides residues. I also looked for the presence of these residues in the blood of vegetable farmers and then I demonstrated that those residues have adverse effects on biochemical and haematological parameters of vegetable farmers who are exposed to them. During my work, I used different technics such as direct method of cell culture. Different methods of cell characterization, extraction of pesticide residues from different matrix using SPE, Soxhlet and QuECHERS technic. I have also used chromatographic separation technic such as thin layer and gas chromatographic coupled to mass spectrometry, electron capture detector and pulsed flame photometric detector. And then I have opportunity to use automate such as Counter for blood cells count, spectrophotometers for the determination of biochemical parameters;
