Dr. Puniethaa Prabhu is a computational biologist with a 15+ years of research experience in biological data analyst, in silico analyst, good experince in protein-ligand interaction and Molecular Dynamic simulation studies using GROMACS packages, developed a Parallel processing Operational Taxonomic Units Clustering Algorithm for 16S rRNA metagenomic data. Reflected in 15+ international / National publications and book chapters. Under my guidance, one full-time scholar had completed his Ph.D. and two are pursuing their research program from Anna University, Chennai. In addition, I am a peer reviewer for the IEEE journal “Transactions on Knowledge and Data engineering” and for BMV Computational and Applied Science.
