I work at the intersection of computational omics and experimental reproducibility. My core focus is auditing single-cell and bulk genomics pipelines for statistical circularity — the kind that produces "significant" marker lists that can't replicate. I've traced this failure pattern across multiple lab pipelines. The fix is usually a redesign of the statistical framework: pseudobulk over pseudoreplication, donor-level replication over cell-level inflation, and a validation structure that doesn't just confirm the clustering algorithm's own partition. I take on projects in three areas: (1) scRNA-seq differential expression audit & validation, (2) multi-omics integration (transcriptomics + proteomics + epigenomics), and (3) custom pipeline design with reproducible reporting. Past engagements include pipeline audits for academic labs and R&D groups working in tumor immunology, neurodegeneration, and rare disease.
