I am measurement scientist and research methodologist with over 15 years experience in leading high impact, often externally funded research projects in education, psychology, the social sciences, and healthcare. I have held faculty appointments at several top US universities, acted as director/leader of large research teams operating in time-sensitive conditions, served in leadership positions in several national/international professional organizations, and currently hold a faculty position in a top university in the Asia/Pacific region. I have extensive experience in the design and conduct of quantitative and mixed methods research projects, test/instrument design and psychometrics, and product/program evaluation. I have also designed and delivered a variety of courses at both the graduate and undergraduate levels and mentored several graduate students through the thesis/dissertation process.
