I hold a PhD in Chemistry, specializing in analytical chemistry, mass spectrometry, and nanomaterials. My research focuses on developing innovative analytical methods using laser desorption/ionization mass spectrometry (LDI-MS), solid-phase microextraction (SPME), and nanostructured materials for the detection of volatile and non-volatile low molecular weight compounds. I have hands-on experience in fabricating and characterizing nanomaterials (gold nanostars, silver nanostructures, MOF-based coatings, and conductive polymers) for enhanced analytical performance. My work has applications in forensic sciences, food safety, environmental monitoring, and biomedical analysis, including bacterial VOC profiling and cancer research. Currently, I am an intern at the Metabolomics Center, University of Tübingen, working on advanced analytical techniques. I have strong scientific writing and publishing skills, with experience as a principal investigator of scientific projects. Additionally, I have strong expertise in separation science, extraction techniques, and novel materials in analytical chemistry. My Master’s degree is in nanomaterials and nanotechnology, providing a solid foundation for interdisciplinary research in material science and analytical applications.
