I'm a medical doctor with an M.Phil. in Physiology, and I've spent the last 8+ years in the classroom teaching physiology to undergraduate medical students. That experience has taught me something that goes beyond textbooks: how to break down complex ideas and communicate them in a way that actually sticks. Over the years, I've built my expertise across several areas that naturally complement each other. I write and edit medical and scientific manuscripts, design curricula and assessments for health professions programs, and support researchers with biostatistics, study design, and evidence synthesis. I've worked on systematic reviews, helped develop research protocols, and polished countless papers to meet journal submission standards. What sets me apart, I think, is the combination of skills I bring to the table. I'm not just a writer who understands medicine; I'm also formally trained in health professions education, medical editing and journalism, and more recently, the use of artificial intelligence in healthcare education and research. I genuinely enjoy finding ways to use AI tools to make research workflows faster, smarter, and more efficient without compromising on quality. Right now, I'm deepening my research skills even further through a master's in Health Professions Education and a Diploma in Epidemiology and Biostatistics. It keeps me current, and honestly, I find the learning as rewarding as the work itself.
