As a Molecular Microbiologist, my PhD research on Plant-Microbe Interactions has motivated me to broaden my research interests into the following areas: • Deciphering molecular dialogue between unexplored bacterial strains and their host using cutting-edge molecular tools, omics-based approaches, and advanced imaging • Unravelling the molecular mechanism of microbial systems, including secretion systems involved in host interaction and inter-bacterial competition, and CRISPR-Cas systems mediating bacterial defence • Translating fundamental insights from these studies into innovative strategies for sustainable and applied biotechnological advancements in future Apart from my passion for wet-lab research, I am actively engaged in scientific writing, reviewing, and editing. I offer freelance services including: • Reviewing, and editing of scientific manuscripts, proposals, and reports • Non-scientific content writing and editing, ensuring clarity and coherence for broader audiences • Data interpretation and transcription services, tailored for academic and research contexts • Scientific illustrations and schematic representations to visually communicate research hypothesis, concepts or summaries I enjoy transforming complex scientific ideas into clear, accurate, and impactful content that supports researchers in effectively presenting their work.
