I am an experienced food scientist & technologist who understands strategy, business and innovation. Expert and innovator in food, I am currently focusing my services are in the following areas:

I have a passion to share the foundation of science and data using model systems to help innovators build cost-effective R&D teams and companies. I merge data analytics and a consumer-centric innovation to add and create value to your business, especially from a nutritional, taste, texture and compliance perspectives.

Currently, I am focusing on product development at the intersection of technology, behavior and design. I am working on "innovation by design": merging clean-science, tech and ingenuity to move the trajectory of integrated beauty, health & nutrition with a growing interest in converging products using natural bioactives.
