I am a Research Scientist currently based at the Norwegian Institute of Public Health (NIPH) with over 15 years of experience in life sciences and computational modeling. My expertise lies at the intersection of complex human immunology and advanced data science, specifically focusing on how the immune system responds to vaccines and infections. Throughout my career, including a 4-year Postdoctoral Fellowship at the National Institutes of Health (NIH) in the USA, I have specialized in translating high-dimensional datasets into actionable biological insights. I leverage multiparameter flow cytometry and mass cytometry (CyTOF) alongside machine learning pipelines to identify disease-specific signatures and predictive biomarkers. I have a proven track record of high-impact research, with publications in top-tier journals such as Nature Reviews Immunology, Science, and npj Vaccines. I am available for global consulting projects involving: Bioinformatics & ML: Designing and executing machine learning pipelines for complex biological data.
