Key accomplishments in New Product Development: * Dairy – Provided recommendations for optimization of low-fat yoghurt texture and sensory properties from the brand Danone. * Plant-based drinks - Developed a plant-based drink with ginger for industrial scale-up. * Confectionary – Developed a premium frozen yoghurt (ice-cream) with functional ingredients (from consumer audit and market analysis to final production and packaging) and sorbet for an SME (brand GioGio). * Beverages – Ensured compliance of newly introduced alcoholic product on the market with internal standards set by Heineken. * Packaging – Developed an edible film/packaging (plastics replacement) through the application of a sustainable biopolymer. * Meat - Optimization of quality and shelf-life of marinated beef. * Pasta - Developed 30 pasta formulations for an SME. * Awarded as Valedictorian of the Class of 2016 (BSc) by Cardiff Metropolitan University.
