I am a Ph.D. Microbiology Research Scientist with extensive experience in microbial biotechnology, entomopathogenic fungi, vector biology, and biological control research. I specialize in the isolation, identification, characterization, and application of beneficial microorganisms, particularly entomopathogenic fungi such as Beauveria bassiana and Metarhizium anisopliae, for sustainable pest and vector management. I have over a decade of research experience in agricultural and medical microbiology, including my tenure as an ICMR Research Associate at the ICMR-National Institute of Malaria Research, where I worked on the development of fungal-based interventions for mosquito vector control. Currently, I serve as a Research Scientist at Meenakshi Academy of Higher Education and Research, contributing to multidisciplinary biomedical research, scientific publications, research coordination, and postgraduate research mentorship. My expertise includes microbial isolation and identification, fungal biotechnology, insect-pathogen interactions, vector-borne disease research, molecular biology techniques, bioassays, biological control strategies, scientific writing, literature review, and research project development.
