I lived and worked in the United Kingdom for 18 years, where I developed advanced testing machines used for product validation and performance analysis under real operating conditions. My work focuses on designing custom-built testing systems and automated inspection machines for evaluating product performance, durability, functionality, and quality under simulated operating conditions. I develop complete testing solutions covering concept development, mechanical design, sensor integration, and automated data acquisition systems using National Instruments hardware and LabVIEW software. I hold a PhD in Mechanical Engineering and collaborate with industry to deliver practical, robust, and cost-effective testing and inspection systems. Now based in Pakistan, I am able to provide high-quality engineering solutions while leveraging lower development and manufacturing costs, making advanced testing systems more accessible and economical for clients.
