I am a mathematician with over a decade of experience applying complex modeling to biological and industrial problems. I specialize in bridging the gap between raw biological data and actionable insights using a mix of systems biology, biostatistics, and machine learning. Throughout my career, I have worked on diverse projects including: 1) Medical Research: Developing platforms for Genome-Wide Association Studies (GWAS) and researching biomarkers for Parkinson's and Gaucher Disease. 2) Agriculture & Bioinformatics: Designing plant disease models and processing structural variants from Optical Mapping data. 3) Algorithmic Development: Building tools for artifact detection in variant callers and implementing methods for detecting Uniparental Disomy.
