I am a Computational Mathematician and Data Analytics Expert with a PhD from the University of Science and Technology of China (USTC) and extensive experience in optimization, mathematical modeling, and applied statistics. I currently lecture at the University of Rwanda, College of Science and Technology and collaborate internationally on projects that apply advanced mathematical tools to engineering, operations research, and data-driven decision-making. My expertise covers nonlinear optimization, regression and correlation analysis, simulation modeling, operations research, and data analysis using MATLAB, Python, and Mathematica. I have successfully supervised and reviewed projects related to engineering systems optimization, logistics modeling, and performance data analysis. As a consultant, I assist researchers, companies, and NGOs in transforming complex data into actionable insights; from developing predictive models to designing optimization frameworks for resource allocation and policy analysis.
