Ph.D in biological and medical engineering I work with biotechnological and research laboratories and start-up by giving them in-vitro and in-vivo offers tailored to their needs. Hosted by the CRRET EA 43/97/ERL CNRS 9215 at Créteil(94100), all my studies are conducted inside this laboratory, which includes an animal facility for my in-vivo studies. By working together, we choose the product administration mode within the animal. The followed settings will be analyzed : haematological, biochemical and body weights parameters. Gross, macroscopic and microscopic observations will be made. Pharmacological study: • Compartimental and non-compartimental analysis • Bioavailability / Bioequivalence • PK/PD modeling and simulation • Measure of all pharmacokinetics settings (absorption, distribution, elimination...) • Drug distribution within bodies study • PK/PD analysis • Statistical analysis. Toxicological study DL50 determination, acute and subchronic tocixity studies of administrated drug in animals (commonly mice). I implement studies of the interaction between drugs (or new molecules) and the blood environment
