During my tenure at NeoImmuneTech, Inc., I spearheaded bioinformatics initiatives aimed at identifying clinical biomarkers within transcriptomic and genomic datasets. Specializing in transcriptomics, genomics, and immunology, my focus centered on single-cell RNA-Seq and adaptive immune repertoire analyses within the realm of oncology. Prior to this, at the Vaccine Research Center within the National Institutes of Health, I pioneered the development of innovative analysis pipelines relating to infectious disease. My expertise spans adaptive immune repertoire analysis, single-cell RNASeq analysis, viral sequencing and analysis, as well as pathogen detection in cell-free host samples. I consider myself to be a lifelong learner and someone who consistently seeks opportunities to broaden my knowledge base. My strength lies in my ability to integrate new data and master novel techniques, which I then apply to emerging challenges.
