I'm a career Bioinformatician with a decade long experience in the field. From my undergrad, postgrad and doctoral studies to my postdoctoral stints, I've applied various bioinformatics methodologies in multitude of biological domains spanning from virus-host interactions to neurodegenerative diseases to knowledge networks to plant 'omics based studies. This experience has allowed me to capture different perspectives of a dataset generate with (forward modelling) or without (inverse modelling, data-driven) approach, and extract meaningful insights.
