PhD in Biotechnology and Biosciences with a strong emphasis in bioinformatics. I have experience in Next-Generation Sequencing data analysis, (meta)genomics, bioinformatic analysis pipeline design, environmental microbiology and molecular biology. I program in R, Python and Bash, and I can quickly create fast and automated solutions to diversified biological problems. I have extensive experience writing and publishing scientific articles and communicating science in various formats. Highly skilled in English language (Certificate in Advanced English - C1). Passionate about teaching. Interested in creating tools to better teach and communicate science while focusing on diversity inclusion.
