I am a neuroscientist exploring brain dynamics in consciousness, sleep, meditation, psychedelic states as well as in psychiatric disorders by analysing functional and structural neuroimaging data using a novel framework I developed called "connectome harmonics". I obtained my Ph.D. in medical imaging jointly at the Technical University of Munich and Imperial College London and held a postdoctoral research position at the School of Psychology, University of New South Wales (UNSW), Sydney; at the Center for Brain and Cognition, Universitat Pompeu Fabra (UPF), Barcelona and at the Department of Psychiatry, University of Oxford. Currently, I am working as postdoctoral research associate at the Centre for Psychedelic Research at Imperial College of Science, Technology and Medicine and as a visiting research fellow at the Faculty of Medicine, University of Turku.
