I am a trained scientist in pharmacology, computational biology, and clinical informatics. My PhD focused on metabolomics, circadian rhythms, and in silico metabolic modeling. My postdoctoral work focused on mining electronic health records for sleep behaviors, and temporal modeling of disease progression. I also possess full-stack experience, from data model design, ETL, to analytics and SaaS product MVP.
