Science can be thought of as a story, and it needs people who can tell that story. As a science communicator, my goal is to be a good storyteller of science: one who can tell the story in such a way that everyone, and anyone, in the audience can understand its importance and its impact. As a researcher, my expertise is in cancer immunology, and to a lesser extent, biochemistry. I'm a quick learner and an excellent bench scientist with experience in a variety of molecular and cellular biology techniques and a strong publication record. I'm also a passionate teacher of science, and I love working with others to see an exciting project to completion.
