My expertise includes developing research protocols, logic models, strategic work plans, curricula, evaluation tools/protocols, and grant proposals. I have experience with summative and formative forms of assessment, knowledge of and experience with data analysis, statistics, and research methodologies, both qualitative and quantitative, and substantial knowledge of the fields of educational psychology, cognitive psychology, developmental psychology, educational assessment, educational technology and program evaluation. I have published 15 peer-reviewed articles, and presented 17 papers and posters at national and international conferences. I also have experience with writing and editing IES, NSF, HRSA & other federal grant proposals. Over the past 15 years, I have provided leadership for research and program evaluation dealing with the training of fellowship programs in Addiction Medicine, online nursing education programs, workforce development initiatives, STEM-related pipeline programs, the use of educational technologies, and tobacco cessation initiatives.
