I am a data-driven scientist and bioinformatics expert with a PhD in Bioengineering and postdoctoral training at Harvard University. My core expertise includes single-cell RNA-seq, ATAC-seq, and integrative multi-omics analysis, with deep experience in stem cell biology, and regenerative medicine. I’ve developed custom computational pipelines and visualization tools using Python, R, MATLAB, and cloud-based systems.
