Career Objective: To secure a responsible career opportunity to adopt and utilize my public health knowledge and skills while making a significant contribution to the success of the organization in service of the community. Career Summary: My strong academic background and 15 years of work experience in diverse backgrounds pertaining to healthcare have given me a broad understanding and valuable insight into the public health scenario in India. This coupled with my tenacity, interpersonal and organizational skills and ability to deliver in demanding atmospheres will serve to improve overall health of the society. My practical experience includes health planning, community-based health research and collaborations with voluntary non-profit organizations to efficiently deliver healthcare services. I, Dr Shruthi Eshwar have proficient writing experience and has published several pubmed and Scopus indexed international and national research articles as a first author and presented abstracts in international conferences. Expertised - In Writing and reviewing several scientific documents Expertise in writing and reviewing assets involving clinical trials and doctoral thesis Design Manuscripts and review the health education materials. I am sensitized in various Students Centered Teaching Learning methods and have attended workshops and courses on different Educational Methodology, Innovative Methods of Teaching and Workplace based Formative assessment & Feedback as a part of skill development and have inculcated the same in Undergraduate and Postgraduate teaching. I have been mentoring Undergraduate students in case history recording, diagnosis, planning the treatment, clinical preventive and restorative procedures and I am Guide & Co-guide of post graduate students of Public Health Dentistry department.
