I am a biologist with a strong background in genomic data analysis applied to both clinical and ecological research. Currently, I work on exome analysis for germline variant prioritization, gene-disease associations, and clinical reporting, using tools such as VEP, ClinVar, gnomAD, and SpliceAI. This is a growing area of demand where I collaborate closely with medical and research teams to support diagnostics and personalized medicine. In parallel, I have over 10 years of experience in academic research, including conservation genomics, eDNA-based biodiversity monitoring, RNA-seq and single-cell transcriptomics, and population genetics. I’ve worked with a range of model and non-model organisms, and enjoy developing workflows that integrate field data with high-throughput sequencing. I am proficient in R, bash, and Linux-based pipelines, and can deliver high-quality reports, figures, and reproducible scripts. I also offer scientific editing services for manuscripts and grant proposals, particularly for non-native English speakers.
