I graduated in 2014 with a PhD in Biomedical Engineering from Columbia University. My research focused on cartilage tissue engineering for osteoarthritis applications. In particular, my work analyzed the potential of using synovium-derived stem cells (SDSCs) as a tissue engineering strategy for growing clinically relevant cartilage grafts. I currently work as a contract editor for American Journal Experts and have experience in medical writing and editing. My research interests span biomedical engineering, tissue engineering, orthopedics, cartilage, and stem cells.
