I am a bioinformatics and data analysis specialist with strong experience in RNA-seq and NGS data analysis, focusing on transcriptomics, differential gene expression, and integrative omics studies. I have worked on multiple academic and clinical research projects involving cancer genomics, reproductive biology, infertility, and endometriosis, including TCGA and GEO datasets. My expertise includes RNA-seq preprocessing, normalization, DEG analysis, functional enrichment (GO/KEGG), PPI network analysis, biomarker identification, and data visualization. I am proficient in R and Python and regularly use tools such as DESeq2, edgeR, clusterProfiler, maftools, survminer, Cytoscape, and related bioinformatics pipelines. In addition to data analysis, I have strong experience in scientific writing, manuscript preparation, and responding to reviewer comments for peer-reviewed journals. I am available for remote collaborations, short-term analysis tasks, and full bioinformatics support for research and clinical projects.
