Development of new innovative seasonings and other products like RTC, RTM for meat and meat products, popcorn, curry mixes, pasta and other foods for own brand. - Conducting shelf life studies of the developed products. - Sensory evaluation - Commercialization of developed products -benchmark (in terms of color, taste and pallet) of products in identified markets. Provide input to nominated operational projects. Comply with the quality regulations of the countries in the projects handling. - Conduct studies and lab scale trials for issues raised, thereby finding solutions - Coordinate with other departments like production, QA/QC and procurement during new product development and scaling up the same. - Supplier evaluation - Have basic knowledge on ice cream, burger processing as well. - Shelf life enhancement with natural ingredients by eliminating additives
