In the past I have consulted for journal article review, study design and for small biotechnology businesses. During this time I also helped develop LCMS and GC based protocols for cannabis product pesticide screening. I hold a PhD from the University of Bern, with extensive experience in Structural biology, cell biology, molecular simulations, and biochemistry. My main focus during studies was related to adverse drug reactions from common pharmaceutical compounds and their cell based protein or other molecular mediators. Equipment wise, I have utilized a range of machines from FACS, plate readers to traditional LCMS, ITC, CD and scintillation machines. My expertise includes software design for biology using C++, openCL, Python and Java. Along these lines I have experience with drug design and protein design. Additional experience includes NGS and data processing. Currently I work with NGS data related to nanotechnology and medicine, and structural OMICs in an academic setting.
