Pharmaceutical/Nutraceutical/Food Formulation Scientist with 30+ years of experience developing soft chews, tablet and capsule products, chewable, & fast dissolving tablets (ODTs), coated tablets and beads (i.e., controlled release and taste-masked), liquids, semi-solid skincare products (creams, ointments, gels, sprays). Also experience creating beverages (energy, sports, weight loss, CBD, smoothies).  My experience is from R&D scale to either clinical or commercial scale in a manufacturing plant & managing all of the quality issues that occur during scale-ups.  I am the recipient of IFAH's (International Forum on Advancements in Healthcare) prestigious Top 100 Healthcare Leaders Award.

*Expertise in various manufacturing unit operations: wet granulation (fluid bed, high shear, foam, MADG), dry granulation, spray coating, and encapsulation.  Expertise in development of controlled release technologies.

*Excellent oral and written communication skills.  Published 72 articles on foods, nutraceuticals, & cannabis, with 11 articles on pharmaceutical topics (including 3 book chapters).

*Deep knowledge in IP across healthcare (drugs, nanotechnology) & chemistry.  Over five years experience as an IP consultant.  Experience as expert witness (nutraceutical litigation/tablets and capsules).  I helped win my first nutraceutical case at trial.
