My research expertise is in the following: (i) Synthesis of shape/size-controlled plasmonic nanomaterials and semiconductor heterostructures. (ii) Characterization of nano/bulk materials using S/TEM, SEM/FIB, AFM, EDS, EELS, FTIR, Raman, XPS, UV-visible absorbance spectroscopy, PL, XRD, TGA, DSC, UTM, Probe station and cyclic voltammetry. (iii) Investigating light-matter interactions in laser-induced diffusion and welding of plasmonic nanomaterials using Ultrafast TEM.
