PhD: Molecular and Cellular Pharmacology Expertise (with an emphasis on human tyrosine kinases): -Genetics (DNA cloning, primer design and optimization, indels, mutagenesis, RNA, RT-PCR, qPCR, dPCR, TaqMan probes, CRISPR gene editing (including prime editing, PASTE editing) -Immunoassays (Western blots, immunoprecipitation, co-immunoprecipitation, ELISA, chemiluminescence) -Recombinant Protein (expression and purification in bacteria, insect cells, and mammalian cells, affinity chromatography with a variety of affinity tags, IEX, SEC) -Biochemical Characterization (protein-protein interactions, in vitro assays using fluorescence, luminescence, and radioactivity readouts, kinetics parameters) -Cell-based Assays (mammalian cell culture, transient transfections, stable cell expression, transwell-migration) -Drug Screens (IC50 determination, high-throughput cell viability, drug synergism) Currently working on discovering novel therapeutics in NSCLC.
