I have completed my Master’s degree in Genetic Manipulation and Molecular Cell Biology from University of Sussex, United Kingdom, focusing on DNA damage response in cancer progression. I pursued my interest further by working as a research fellow in University of Goettingen, Germany, where I studied chromosomal instability in context to development of drug resistance during cancer. During my research work at the Department of Molecular Oncology and Genome Damage and Stability Centre , I have developed an expertise in techniques including RNAi, FACS, immunoprecipitation, apoptotic assays, fluorescence and live-cell imaging, Western Blotting, Southern Blotting, Gateway Cloning technology, Molecular Cloning, Protein Expression and Protein Purification and cell culture (Human cell lines), Drug-Dose response Curves, literature search. My role at iGenetic Diagnostics Pvt Ltd. involved reviewing literature & conducting experiments to develop new testing methodologies and design cost-effective protocols. Supervising and participating in smooth functioning of routine molecular diagnostic assays, literature search. I am a self-motivated, highly energetic, confident professional seeking opportunities in the Healthcare sector. I have basic knowledge in Python programming and Machine Learning. I would love to explore new opportunities as a Data Scientist Professional.
