I completed my PhD in life sciences from Tata Institute of Fundamental Research (TIFR), India in 2016. My specialization during PhD was cell biology, developmental biology, biophysics, and tissue engineering. Since then, I have been doing freelance editing of science research manuscripts for MedSci Editing (Shanghai, China) and Enago (Crimson Interactive Pvt. Lmt.). I have edited and re-written manuscripts from a wide array of subjects, including clinical medicine, surgery, biomedical research, and bioengineering, I have also been involved in content development of high school textbooks with Cambridge University Press (India). In addition to writing, I have also been working on the regulatory landscape of drugs, generics, biosimilars, chemicals, and vaccines for the last 5+ years. I am aware of the regulatory framework of these sectors, tests and guidelines being followed for safety and efficacy testing in these sectors.
