プロフィール概要

I am currently pursuing my PhD in the area of mathematical modeling of biological phenomenon. I work on MATLAB to solve my system of differential equations and also to optimize the parameters of my system. I have a good go with working on MATLAB and reaction (enzyme) kinetics. In addition, documenting with Latex is also one of my strengths. My Masters thesis was on electrochemical treatment of effluent waters which involved extensive experimentation using electrochemical reactors and a little mathematical modeling. I have a bachelors major in biotechnology and each of my summer term projects as well as major project involved extensive molecular biology and microbiology experiment. The area of application however was plant & industrial biotechnology, respectively. This interdisciplinary nature of my research journey is a strong ability that helps me learn and deliver in a quick and reliable manner.
