As a PhD Biostatistician and strategic leader in biotech, I bridge the gap between deep scientific insight and commercial growth. My expertise spans the full clinical development lifecycle for novel therapies—from small molecules to pioneering Treg cell therapies—and extends into Business Development and Fundraising strategy. At Avotres Inc., a pioneer in next-generation Treg therapies, I gained rare, end-to-end insight into this transformative modality, from its foundational biology and CMC to clinical development. This hands-on experience allows me to not only de-risk scientific pathways but also to craft compelling investment narratives and partnership strategies that align technical milestones with market value and investor expectations. I partner with biotech founders and executives to: 1. Translate complex data into clear development roadmaps and robust regulatory strategies. 2. Develop and execute BD strategies, including target identification, partnership structuring, and alliance management. 3. Strengthen fundraising materials (pitch decks, data packages, due diligence), articulate a credible path to value inflection, and communicate effectively with potential investors and partners.
